Happy report from a graduate

Everyone is thrilled to be reunited after five years!

HASHINI, a graduate from Sri Lanka, came to YIEA.

Q. How was your study at YIEA?

“I started from beginner level 1. I enjoyed studying every day, and I also liked practicing kanji.”

Q. What about vocational school?

“It was difficult, but I was able to get my bookkeeping qualification. If I worked hard, the school would provide me with a lot of support, and I was able to get a job.”

Q. What are you doing now?

“I work at a school-related company. My duties include taking orders for student uniforms, running the purchasing department, and assisting with school events. I’m also responsible for organizing a large number of staff.”

Q. That’s amazing! What do you think is the most important thing?

“I think it’s all about manners and communication. I’ve gotten used to checking emails every day and using honorific language. Good luck to all of you at YIEA!”

Thank you very much for your encouraging words for our current students. I hope you continue to do well!
