In commemoration of the day of the promulgation of the Japanese Constitution on November 3, 1946, November 3 was designated as “Culture Day,” and it was designated as “A Day to Love Freedom and Peace and Promote Culture”. For this purpose, art festivals, cultural medals, and cultural achievement awards are held.
