“The State of Emergency” was declared on January 8th, due to the rapid spread of COVID-19 infection.

To all students:

・Classes will be held online from January 12th to January 29th.

・There is a school day once or twice a month. Please come to school at the designated time on your school day. Do not forget to bring your face shield.

・Reservation is required in advance for any consultation (visa renewal, exam-related etc) or entrance to school will be denied.

・Students who are going to graduate in March must report the latest exam results to school or your teacher.

Infection prevention measures:

1) Hand washing, gargling and adequate ventilation

2) All students measure body temperature in class. Our staff do the same before coming to school.

3) All students, staff, and other visitors are required to wear a mask.

4) Our staff will wear a face shield when talking with you.

5) Disinfectant spray and mat are placed at the entrance of the building.

6) Our staff disinfect desks, doorknobs, handrails, elevator bottons etc

7) Comply with the government’s request for staying at home and decreasing range and frequency of movement.

8) Avoid social situations where you are without a mask (eating, talking, smoking with others)

9) Avoid contact with those who have recently entered Japan from the nations where the virus is spreading widely.

We may change the above-mentioned schedule in line with the pandemic situation and the latest guidelines announced by the government.

Please be considerate, respectful and safe.
