Senior students interpret at the entrance ceremony

Ahead of the summer semester, new students have enrolled at YIEA.

Congratulations to everyone!

The interpreters at the entrance ceremony and the subsequent information session were seniors who are currently studying at YIEA. We also asked them about their experience of being an interpreter.

HIM (Thai): The Japanese used in the entrance ceremony was different from the Japanese I　usually use, so it was difficult, but I managed to do it.

SANDANUWAN (Sinhala): It was difficult, but I was able to communicate directly with the new students, and it was great to be able to interpret.

LORENZO (English): English is not my native language, so it was difficult. However, it was a very valuable experience.
